Project Practice

The goal is not to collect code that cannot be explained. It is to complete a project process that the learner can understand, run, demonstrate and review.

Project Selection and Breakdown

Choose a manageable project based on current skills and the target role. Define users, scenarios and core features, then split the work into executable modules and tasks.

Selection Principles

  • Use a clear scenario with a definable user and problem.
  • Keep the scope manageable and complete the core flow first.
  • Choose technology relevant to the target role without adding complexity for its own sake.

Task Planning

Break work into requirements, data design, page or API implementation, integration testing and demonstration material. Keep key decisions and problem records for later review.

Development and Debugging Practice

Practice reading errors, locating causes, validating fixes and documenting the process while implementing pages, APIs and data handling. Organize Git history, API notes, configuration and run instructions.

Problem Diagnosis

Reproduce an issue first, then check inputs, logs, API responses, data state and configuration step by step. Build a reusable diagnosis path instead of memorizing a one-off fix.

Integration and Validation

Check normal flows, invalid inputs and boundary cases. Use API debugging, page operations and result comparison to verify behavior against requirements.

Project Outcome Organization

Keep more than code after completion. Organize an overview, feature demonstration, technical architecture, core flows and personal responsibilities.

  • Project background, users and core features.
  • Project structure, data flow or key process diagrams.
  • Technical notes and problem-solving records for important modules.
  • Demo steps, screenshots, documentation or repository links.
